Hi,
I am currently on H1b and my US citizen spouse applied forms i-485 i-130 and i-765 on my behalf. We live in Phoenix, AZ
Time line is as follows:
PD: 12/05/16
EAD card being produced: 03/09/17
EAD Card being shipped: 03/14/17
EAD in hand: 03/17/17
i-485: Still says “Received fee for finger printing on December 12 2016”
No change on i-130 either.
Are there any other AZ filers out there that could share their time lines with me?
I'm a little concerned because it looks like in general people get an update on their i-485 saying that the "case is ready to be scheduled for an interview", but that still has not happened to me. In fact, in some cases it looks like people get that update within 1-2 months of their PD. Am I over thinking this and should I just be patient? Thank you in advance for replies and advice.
