EAD: Feb 17, 2017
Interview appointment: May 2nd, 2017
Total Days: 7 months + 6 days
Today i had my final interview at San Diego Field Office. Was approved on spot. He ask us a few of questions regarding how we met, where and when we got married. Ask for evidence to support relationship, we provided photos, car insurance, credit cards. We brought a birth certificate of our child too. Ask us why we got married in Mexico and not in California and i said beacause i was working in Mexico at that time and we were agree with that. He said that he will promote to approve because i don't have any criminal record and he was sure that our marriage are true. He kept my US Visa ( Tourist ) and said that wait to recieve it at home.
