Hi everyone on this forum, I thought the next time i write it would be good news but not really. This is my timeline:
Nov 14/16: Sent all my applications through a lawyer..I-765, I-130 and I-485
Nov 22/16: my PD
Dec 7/16: Receipt notifications
Jan 03/17: Biometrics
Feb 28/17: EAD approval
Mar 2/17: EAD in hand
April 4/17: Interview Notice
May 4/17: Interview Day

Interview was scheduled for 8:30am, I am the immigrant and my husband is a US citizen. We got in at waited for our lawyer who came later, around 9:00 we were called in and to my surprise, I was called in first...thought it was gonna be my husband first but anyway i went in with my lawyer and the lady was MEAAAANNNNN in her late 30s. She took my finger prints and photo asked me a thousand questions about myself and bla bla, shower curtain, color, bathtub, cars, garbage day, my husbands kids, how we met, how we dated, utility bills, my husbands job, salary, direct deposit, where he works, what we did last christmas and 2015 christmas, what i did last sunday, who takes me to church, laundry machines, dish washer, carpet floor, keys...the list is endless . then the Y/N questions and after i was escorted outside after she called my husband and asked the same exact questions and since am the wife, i always know and pay attention to detail...and sometime my husband doesnt so he was nervous and got 2 questions wrong....She didnt approve us and never stamped my passport or said anything. Ater she was like if my case is approved, then i will get a greecard. Truthfully i dont know what to expect, very nervous though i really wana go home and see my parents. Hope i get approved
