How to Connect with Level 2 for I-485
We were married on January 28th in Chicago. On February 1 we mailed our I-485, I-765 and I-131 to the Chicago lockbox . On February 3, 2017 we received our NOA1 (we're from Chicago so it just had to go across town). We received the letter for our Biometric Screening and went as scheduled on March 1. After the Biometric Screening we sent a letter to USCIS to update the last name with the married name which USCIS updated on April 3. Since that time we have received no updates as of May 4. We called USCIS phone number and the representative couldn't tell us anything other than that the name was updated on April 3.
