Hi Everyone
I applied to my Green card through my marriage based mon y husband's green card from U Visa.
I applied in October 2016, received my work permit and SSN in January 2017. My I-485 and I-130 were pending for 6 months. Yesterday 5/4/17 they updated my status saying that my form I-485 was denied and they sent me a letter explaining why and my options. I haven't received the letter so far.
I would like to know if anybody has heard something like my case or if somebody has done the appeal for I-485 denial.
My work permit and driver license has an expiration date until January 2018, it will be valid until this date or they might cancel it?
