I've been following this thread for a while now
So I wanted to share my current update/experience
March 30th 2017: My Lawyer sent my joint filing documents
April 3rd: USCIS received the documents and PD
April 19th: Notice date
April 21st: Check cashed updated in bank account
April 26th: Received I-765 rejection letter (apparently the fee wasn't correct, which was USCIS error as they already cashed the check with proper fee.
March 28th: So my lawyer sent the document mentioning the above.
May 2nd: Finally received the remaining receipts. (to be processed at NBC center so far)
May 5th: Received the Biometrics receipt set for 16th May.
Sad that I lost a month in the EAD processing because of their error, but keeping my finger crossed for rest of the process.
