EB2, July 26, still waiting..
EB2, PD Feb 2016, I485 filedon July 26th, RD - Aug 10th.
In receipt I found a mistake: wrong category (FB2) and priority date. Lawyer raised SR to fix this. Got a RFE (initialevidence) for i130, but EB2 has no i130... Sent a response explaining all that. Got a fingerprint apt, received EAD... Finally INS realized the error they made and moved my case from MSC (which does not process EB2 at all) to NSC.
Funny that the reason in letter was "to speed up case processing" :)
In the mid Nov 2016 online status of case changed to Case transfered and another office now has jurisdiction.
No update from this time until now. 2 SRs, 1 infopass...no useful info. Nothing.
I have been in the US for 13 years, got 2 diplomas and worked for 2 large employers, always paid taxes and did everything legally, the passport full of us visas, but still no GC!
At the same time people come here as tourists, apply fake documents for refugies, work illegally plus getting money from the budget not paying taxes and get their green cards much much faster :) Something is wrong with all that...
