Hi All,
I am wondering if any March filers have received any updates for their EAD? I had an EAD through DACA, which I did not renew because I filed for AOS. My issue is that my work permit expired on 4/28/17 and my case status only indicates that my finger prints have been received, but nothing else. I read on here that the regular processing time is 90-days, but I am very concern because my employer will let me go since I don't have a current work permit.
Also, my I-485 has been stuck on "As of April 8, we are ready to schedule your interview...blah blah blah" Does anyone know how soon they schedule the interview? It's been a month now.
