Response time from TSC after receiving response to RFE on I-485?
I received an RFE on medical and my spouse received RFEs for medical and also for bona fide marriage.
It has been four days since our RFEs were received by TSC. My lawyer mentioned that it could take anywhere from 30 to 60 days for the cases to be approved after they receive the responses.
Just wanted to get an idea of how long it has taken for some of you here.
