Green card waiting game through Marriage
Hi everyone,

Timeline:

- Feb 2nd 2017 filed I-485, I-130, G-325A, Medical, etc (Everything needed was submitted all at once)
- Feb 14th 2017: Fingerprints accepted
- March 31st 2017: Interview Scheduled
- May 3rd 2017: Interview

In our interview:

We were asked a couple of easy questions (where we 1st met, 1st date, have we been on trips together, etc)
We showed photos we bought in an album of trips we had taken over the last two years. Visits from my family and visits to his family. Birthdays, holidays, weddings, etc with his family (My family live in the UK so my mom has only visited twice)
I told her I wasn't able to be on any bills or to have a joint account as my SSN was put on pause as soon as my visa expired back in April 2015.
At the end of the interview she said she needed our phone bill from august (when we got married) along with affidavits from my parents and his parents as well as our landlord. She also asked for anything mailed to our address with my name on it so I sent:
- cashier's check from Well's Fargo when I closed my account (Sent the original as I never cashed the check dated June 2016)
- Phone bill from August along with all numbers we contacted during that period (hundreds between my husband and I which is great)
- Orders sent to me with our address
- Two letters from close friends signed, dated and contact info provided.
- The affidavits requested: Landlord, both parents.
- A printed FaceBook conversation between my mom and my husbands mom regarding the wedding etc.
- More pictures with his family

* Mailed yesterday 5/8/17.

How long is the wait from here? She said wait around 1 month and you'll have your answer. (But I think it will take longer)
