I called today to get tracking number for my husbands I-765 that wassailed last week to be told that it was being processed under a U-visa and is confidential. I am very worried because his i30 got accepted for AOS through marriage but now we are told his i765 got processed for a crime that was committed towards him. Someone please help and give advice I am so worried as this is not right
