About Category Changed after Spouse Got Citizenship
Hello All,
Initially my Spouse Was Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) and I was student and we applied for I-130, was approved and my category was F2A. Recently Spouses got citizenship and I applied for Adjustment of Status (AOS) and got Notice of action (NOA) but my category (Preference Classification) is still mentioned "F2A" but I think that needs to be "Immediate Relative (IR) " because spouse is Citizen. So does that delay my process or bother me? Do I need to notify USCIS or NVC about this issue? Please let me know if you have any similar issues, experience or suggestion.
