10 Year Bar
My wife and 4 year old daughter will finally be travelling home to the Philippines tomorrow after 20 + years of being here under unlawful entry. We have read everywhere and our lawyer has assured us that she shouldn't trigger the 10 year bar while travelling under EAD/AP.
This has been an amazing journey and it's far from over. We are both SCARED to death that something may happen on re-entry.....PLEASE PRAY FOR HER SAFE RETURN.....thanks so much.....this group has given us a lot of courage.
