Finally!!! EAD Card in Production after 114days
Hello fellow Filers,

I want to thank everyone who has contributed in one way or the other, the silent readers and active posters. @Thadid and others who shared their story and won the support of everyone who read it, thank you. Your story, others stories inspired me and kept me going.

This is my Second marriage, my first marriage ended in disaster and after about 2yrs of Divorce, I found Love again and remarried.

My Timeline is as follows.

Married November 2016 in Houston, TX.
Filed my AOS Co-Concurrently I-765, I131, I485 and I130.
PD: January 23rd 2017
Next Filing is I-1601 for a case I was stupid about, misrepresentation we planned to file next once I start working.
RFIE - Request for Initial Evidence / Sponsor's Current Tax, my Wife's current Tax.
RFIE Date Sent out: March 18th
RFIE Received by USCIS: March 31st.
Did about 4 SR's and Expedited May 5th
Expedited request response same day May 5th
Expedited Request needs additional proof of Hardship to be Faxed.
Faxed Expedited Request proof of hardship within 3 days.
Called USCIS everyday.
Contacted Congressman Al Green (Who called for D Trump Impeachment some days ago LOL - A Democrat)
Congressman contacted USCIS May 7th and was responded to by May 10th.
USCIS promise to work on case within 60days in their response to Congressman.4
I applied to support.com and did their interview the next day, after two days got the Job offer and sent to Congressman's office, my contact Cathy.

Next Day at about 2pm on March 17th 2017, Got a Text Notification from USCIS.
Checked Status and Bam!!! Card in Production (New Card is Being Produced).

It took a total of 114 Days from my PD and 47 Days from when USCIS received my RFIE request.

I'd like to add that, initially I did not have a Job offer to send them as proof of hardship. I printed out late AT&T Bills for cable, past due payments for my Capital One credit cards with letter of explanation, pleading and making a case for why I need this expedited request to be approved so that I can help my wife and myself out of this current hardship we were facing.

The waiting is not easy, at times I thought God disappointed me. I felt like the worst human on earth, especially seeing folks with recent PD and RFIE getting their EAD Card in Production in such a short amount of time.

I hope Thadid and the other guys are approved soon, if they haven't. They should contact Congressman and just show up in their offices with no prior appointment and tell them it's urgent and a real emergency. That's what I did to get them rolling the ball same day.

God knows that I truly wish everyone whose still waiting the best and the patience to wait for this USCIS processing to go faster in their favor's. Thank you guys, you all are my Hero. Thank you
