AOS approved Los Angeles
Hello all! My husband was approved for his GC yesterday in Los Angeles. The interview wasn't tense as I thought and prepared for it to be. The officer who interviewed us was very friendly and it felt more like we were having a conversation rather than an interview. He swore us in and started asking about our kids, asked to see the original birth certificates, marriage certificate, passports, bills and glanced through our picture album. He asked my husband 5-7 questions in the I-485. He took a look at my husband's DACA and Advance Parole applications/ approvals and asked us how if it was an easy process to obtain the travel permit (AP). He stepped out to make copies and he came back in and he printed the approval notice, explained that he will receive a conditional card valid for 2 years since we recently got married.

Here is a timeline since he started his AOS case:

October 2014 : Applied for DACA
January 2015: DACA approved for 3 years
April 2015: applied for Advanced Parole
June 2015: Advanced Parole approved
July 2015: obtained I-94
December 2016: Submitted AOS
January 4 2017: Biometrics
January 19 2017: Interview ready to be scheduled.
April 10 2017: EAD received
April 18 2017: interview notice received
May 17 2017: Interview in Los Angeles approved on the spot now waiting for GC.

Good luck to everyone hope this info helps!
