Hi Friends,
i need real advice on what is actually going on with my case.
My PD was : 26 Jan 2017 and i submitted all my documents for AOS, AP, EAD to USCIS on 31st Jan, I have got all the receipts ID for all three applications and they asked for RFE on my AOS on 23March and i provided them all the documents they asked( Tax returns from me , my wife, pay stubs, Her green card copy, my EADs on F1 , My i-94, Both of ours Employers copy).
They received all the documents on 23 april and updated that "Our National Benefits Center office will begin working on your case again. "
1. I have not got any updates on My EAD,AP after 31st Jan 2017
2. I have not got any updates on AOS after 23 April 2017
Please help me to understand that how much time it will take for them to have my biometrics and when can i have my EAD and AP. Is there any separate timelines for respective EAD,AP,AOS ?
WIll my AOS decision impact the EAD and AP also.
I am getting a lot concerned about how my case is progressing, Any advice and experience will be very helpful.
