Leave the country before getting EAD/AP Combo Card
Today I got the approval letter from USCIS stating my I765 & I131 is approved which means I'll be getting a I765 combo card yay!!!!

Card went in production 5/15
Yesterday at 4 pm central time I received a text saying card was mailed 5/18. Hoping to get my card tmr.

Since husband is in Taiwan already, really want to go.

Does anyone know if there is a law that if you leave before you get your card, you wouldn't be able to get back to the country?

My friend is going to Taiwan next week and I am thinking of going tmr morning and ask my friend to pick up the card and bring it with him to Taiwan.

What do you guys think?

Any opinion is appreciated.
THANKS!
Mandy
