Hi,
I am getting married in the first week of July and my wife is going for her H4 interview after our wedding. This is her first stamping.
She is not going to change her last name (Gupta) to my last name (Sharma) on her passport and I just wanted to find out if it will cause any issues? Does it matter what last name she keeps after the marriage? Will they ask - why your last name is still Gupta and not Sharma?
