Hello, I am new to the forum and happy for a central place to discuss experiences.
A little about my case.
I married a US citizen last summer and we filed our application for myself and two children which were received by USCIS on December 21st 2016. Having a successful job that I loved for 10 years prior to arriving to the US made the almost 4 month wait for the work permit a really difficult one. I got my work permit about mid-April 2017. I would like to enroll at the college this summer and would like to benefit from resident fees but they require a copy of the green card. Are there any updates for interviews at the Charlotte, NC field office?
