Fort Myers Fl field office
My PD is 3/3/16. Got EAD approved august 2016, interview completed on 12/5/16, officer told me my immigration medical had an issue and would receive a RFE (the people who completed my medical did not check that I had influenza shot on the sealed paperwork sent to USCIS, however my copy had the box checked, they just screwed up). My online status changed to RFE mailed on 12/11/16, by 1/12/17 still no RFE in the mail, I did a service request and told to wait 30 more days. 30 more days go by and still no RFE or anything about my SR. I then requested an info pass at the end of February. By the time I got a copy of my RFE and they received my response my 1 year for the medical had expired, online status changed to response for evidence received 3/8/17. So I got another RFE (2nd) and now I had to have another medical, which was done and sent to my local office (Fort Myers FL) with the 2nd RFE letter which USPS tracking says they received on 4/20/17. However there is no update online showing they had even sent me a 2nd RFE, never mind having received my response, online status is unchanged since 3/8/17. At what point should I try to schedule another infopass or service request?
