Hi Everyone! I am getting really annoyed by how they are processing the case. My case is based on married to USC and my PD is Dec,2016! After February 2017 I did not recieved ANYTHING from USCIS! Not even an RFE or any notice or any online update!!! I went to my local office and they said my case is not even in there yet and it is still in National Benefit Center!!! Is there any one with the same experience?? I hate it when I call the customer service and they gave me the information that I already know or they have as much access as I have to my information!!! The online tool says my case didn't get updated since 12/28/2016!!! Please let me know if you have any advice or any suggestions!
