4/24 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview
Yesterday (day 77) I call the customer service for an update on the EAD and raise a SR, the officer made me feel really bad because he said "It is not your turn you will have to wait other 60 days because we are processing PD January" I was confused I said I thought the process was more or less 90 days for the EAD combo card and now I have to wait 60 more days?? I was hopeless and sad but he raised a SR anyway and he said call us back in 21 days to check the status of the SR/
Today I check the status online and it says NEW CARD IS BEING PRODUCED, I am like OMG WHAT? Is this real? I am so happy today I was not expecting this at all.
How long does it take to receive the actual combo card? Do you think I can book a ticket to go home already or should I wait?
MY SUGGESTION IS TO CALL THEM at day 75 and ask for updates, do not let them put you down because every time I called them I heard many different timing and especially yesterday that news totally ruined my day. Everything will work out!
