Based on marriage to US Citizen
I submitted thru a lawyer I-485, I-130, I-765, but she did not sent the I-131 (AP) and I would like to travel to my country by the end of year
PD: 04/20/17
Fingerprints: 05/15/17
RIE; 05/12/17 asking for the form I-130A
Send the answer to RIE: 05/20/17
I checked my cases on line: No relevant news.
She said that I need a "“urgent humanitarian reasons” or in furtherance of a “significant public benefit,” which may include a personal or family emergency or bona fide business reasons" for asking an AP.... Is that true?
What you guys did to get the AP so easy and fast??
I appreciate if you can share your experiences...
