Hi Folks,
I wanted to share my time line, still waiting for interview it has been 7 months now. If any NY oct 2016 filers have a update on their case please share.
Marriage based green card
PD - 10/3/2016 received Form I-130
- 10/14/2016 Fingerprint fee accepted
AP - 12/14/2016 approved travel document
EAD - 12/14/2016 approved work card
- 12/19/2016 mailed AP/EAD card
There has been no update since then... starting to get a little worried because I want to travel to visit my family in October. I know someone who filed in may 2016 and he got his interview scheduled around 7 months after he filed, but I also read somewhere on this forum someone who filed in Queens NY and it took 11 months them to get an interview date.
