Visa for parents - father has 2 wifes ( polygamy )
I have a query regarding my parents visitor visa to USA. This is little uncommon, and I really need advice. I want to bring my parents here for couple of months, The challenge is my father has 2 wives (we are Hindus, Indian). I am son of 1st wife and her name is written on my passport as well as my fathers passport. where as my step mother(my fathers 2nd wife) passport has my father name but her name is not on my fathers passport(both are legal wifes). For me getting visa for my step mother is very important as my children want to see her.
Recently I applied Visa for 3 of them in single appointment, during Visa interview the consular officer asked below questions to my father:
1. What is your name? ans: .. he told his name.
2. What you do? - ans: he old his profession.
3. Are you in same family? ans: my father answered yes, both are my wifes. After this question Visa office told its not legal to have both wifes as per US rules and told them he can't give visa and given 214B form. None of them got the Visa.

1. can I apply Visa again, if yes what is possibility of getting Visa for all of them?
2. Can I apply Visa only for step mother?
