Expedite AP Fax Problem
Hi all,
After requesting expedite AP over phone to visit my sick grandmother, I got an email asking me to fax my proof as below:
"The status of this service request is:
Upon receipt of your request for expeditious processing, your case was reviewed and a determination was made that we need additional information to make a decision regarding your request. Please fax proof of an emergency requiring travel on company letterhead or other such verifiable proof of an emergency requiring travel to the following number: 816-251-2290, Attn: LA1657, Div 5, Team #3. Please include this notice with your fax.“
However, since the day I received this email I have been trying to fax them on a daily basis for different times, and none of the fax go through. My office's fax machine is totally working and the report just said the line is busy/no response. I called the number it never went through as well. Does anyone also experience this right now? I can't believe that the expedite process gives you a number that not even working.
I called the customer service and talked to 2nd tier officer, even the officer was surprised and called that number herself, and it's not working. But the officer said she can't do much about it and only asked me to email [email protected] to report the issue. I emailed, no response either.
Is there anyone had similar issue and has advice for this? Thank you for sharing and help!!
