PROCESSING TIMES
Hello,
this is my first time posting on here and wanted to see if my time frame for my processing times is still on track or if anyone has experienced longer/shorter waiting times?
My I-485 is in the Texas office. I am adjusting my status by my US Citizen spouse.
My dates are:
PD: 12/2/16
Biometrics appt: 1/5/17
This is the last update i have seen online at the uscis.gov webiste: "As of January 10, 2017, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC###, for an interview. We will schedule your interview and send you a notice."
I have had DACA work permit for a few years but not sure if that even matters. Has anyone experienced a similar waiting time after the biometrics appointment?
