A completed and signed I-693 was not submitted
Hello All,

I had filed I-130 and was approved on April 2016 (because my spouse was only LPR at that time). Now spouse got Citizenship and I filed for AOS ( Form I-485, I-693,I-864) on 4/26/17 and got NOA after 2 weeks. Also I already got Biometric Notice for June 2 . But yesterday I got another mail saying" Notice to Applicant" and it is mentioned that " A completed and signed I-693 was not submitted". Further it also explains that " If you receive interview notice in the mail, you must bring your updated Form I-693 to your interview appointment"."Do NOT MAIL DOCUMENTS AT THIS TIME". Does this Notice mean that I did not submit I-693 or the I-693 is not Complete? I am confuse. I submitted my signed I-693 during AOS packet on 4/26/17 and I did my medical on 4/18/17. I have the copy of I-693 and checked it yesterday, everything is complete, signed by doctor and me both, nothing is missing. I gave a call to USCIS customer center today and talked to 2nd officer but he was not able to see my documents and just said bring that I-693 during your interview. My concern is- why are they saying completed and signed I-693 was not submitted though I did it. Anybody with the same issue, your experience and suggestion would be great.

Thanks,
Amrit
