Marriage based application / MSC case

Since then i did not receive anything nor RFE.
Today (day 76) I raised an SR (inquiry about my EAD case). I checked this afternoon online and my case history shows:
- My inquiry was assigned to an office
- Officer sent a response (never received)
- My inquiry was completed
I am very confused about this notification and don't really now what does it mean?? I called Customer Service again to ask about it and tell them that I did not received the response but the representative said that it could take 2 weeks to have a response... So in that case why showing online that the officer sent me a response already and that my case was completed???
I am very confused and would love if someone could tell me what is it about please !!
