Good morning everyone! This morning I went to the immigration officer,and she said my case was scanned 5/31\17
But the officer who scanned it, put it in the Fiance section. She said they might have thought I'm still a fiance. So I explained my situation, and she left and spoke with the supervisor. She brought my case, and showed me that everything was already done to it. They just need to make a decision. She said the supervisor told her to put the 20 of June for my final decision. I really don't know why they scanned and put it in the fiance section. Last night I should have been getting my final decision. Because it would have been 60days since the local office recieved my case. So she wrote a piece of note and put my case. (Final decision 20/06\17). There was also a piece of yellow note on my case that came from the national benefit center stated," Elegible for a waiver". It's a 95% chance I won't be getting an interview. Hopefully they approve it before the 20 because there is nothing else needed. Everything was great.
