Expedite denied...
For those who know my long drawn out nightmare...expedite EAD request denied on day 132.
Even though I lost seven weeks through non sending of an RFIE. 'Due to the number of requests we are being strict with our criteria for expediting. While serious, you have not demonstrated an urgent need'.
I tried to speak to a level 2 officer to see how long I'd be waiting and she wouldn't transfer me :/
So everything mailed to the congressman today.
