Interview scheduled for 11:00am but Arrived 30 minutes earlier waited for an hour and half,here comes a black African woman not an American,she ushered me in with my attorney asked for my evidences gave it to her,asked me to take the oath,she said I'm going to record this interview do you have any objection to that?i said no ok.
The interview what's your spouse name?,what's her date of birth?,does she have siblings? yes how many 3,what are their names?she mentioned my step daughters name who is he ?she's my step daughter,what's the name of her school?how does she get to school?through the bus,how does she comes back from school?through the bus,who's getting her from the bus and put her in the bus ? Me,where does your wife work?what's you wife's work schedules?are you married before? Yes,what happened ?we got divorced,do you have children with your previous marriage? Yes ,how many? 2,what are their names ?,what's their birth date?whats the name of their school ?what's their level?how are you paying for their school fee?where were you staying when you met your current spouse ? Were you staying alone? Yes,Who's paying the apt?where do you currently lives?when was the first time you came to the state ?what type of visa did you came with?how long sis you stay?did you come alone? Where was your pot of entry? What did you come to do ?when did you leave?your second entry what type of visa ? You second entry where was your pot of entry?why did you decided to stay?she said it shows in their system I did leave on my first visit that she was going to verify if my second visa is a genuine one,where was your second visa issued?she's going make a photocopy of the two visa pages,then your first marriage what happened?why did you divorced I explained she went through the divorced papers and she said you got married and lived in one state and you went to another state to get divorced that it's not possible that the state is not in the same jurisdiction this was where she started getting tough saying that I know it's not possible my myself and I told her that was where we did the divorce and at the end she said my case is going to through review and might likely have second interview.
