Hello everyone.
Pls those people who filed the i864 form, is it true that the sponsor must be one of these : your spouse, parent, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sibling, child, son, daughter, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, grandparent, grandchild, or legal guardian?
My lawyer said my substitute sponsor must be one of those, meaning a friend or cousin can't be my sponsor. Is this true?
