Question about re-submitting rejected I-765
So my attorney filed for I-765 along with I-485, I-130, I-131 on March 31st but I-765 was rejected because of missing signature.
I am about to resubmit the I-765 again but I am stuck on the question 11.
Does the rejected I-765 count as a Yes? I had also applied for OPT and OPT extension in the past. Does that count as a yes in this section? It doesn't really have enough space for all the three, although I am planning on attaching all 3 (1 rejection, and 2 acceptance notices).
Also do I need to re-submit two passport size photographs again?
