Already applied for AOS but trying to apply I-765 and I-131 now,already have another OPT EAD
Hi All,
I already applied for AOS on 4/26/17 and did my fingerprint on 6/2/17. I did not send I-765 & I-131 during AOS packet,thinking to send now. So how many pp size photos do I need to send, 2 or 4?
I don't have fixed plan to travel, so what I need to fill on PART 3 of I-131? 1) Date of Intended Departure _____ and 2) Expected Length of Trip____
Also , I already have EAD through my student OPT and going to expire on 12/26/17. Can I apply another EAD right now through I-485 pending or is there any time restriction? Please let me know.
