Timeline leading up to Newark interview
I am wondering how the interview in Newark is and what I have to be aware off. Also, do people get approved on the spot and what did you bring? Everything that is a copy must be notarized?
Here is my timeline:
Concurrent filling of 485 and 130, married to USC
Sept 1, 2016: Filled 130, 131, 485, 765
Sept 14, 2016: Priority date
End of October: finger printing in Elizabeth
Nov 22, 2016: 131 got approved
Nov 25, 2016: 795 got approved and I received the card a few days later
April 27, 2017: filled inquiry because nothing happened
June 8, 2017: received letter that my case was scheduled for an interview for July 11 in Newark
I also travelled with the 765 card and the 131 and entering back was no problem at all.
