Is there anyone here that was undocumented (entered the US without inspection) and is currently on TPS applying for an adjustment of status?
My request for Advanced Parole was just approved last week. I am waiting for the documents so that I can plan my trip. I plan on adjusting my status upon my return. My husband and I wanted to send out the I485 & I130 before we take the trip.
Please share any experience/information in relating to this.
