Hello,
My attorney had filed for AOS through marriage to USC.
The application got delivered on May19th and I still haven't received any receipt notice and the check is also not cashed.
When I spoke to my attorney , she said that the application could have been rejected due to various reasons and we will not know until the entire filing package is sent back from Chicago or USCIS location.
can you please shed some light on what could have happened .
