Adjustment of Status - I-485

I got mail today from when IO did a SR on 6/7 they answered it the next day stating that USCIS cannot answer my inquiry over the phone or through a referral. I must submit my inquiry in written form with original signature of the inquirer or if there's an attorney on the case they need to file the G-28. I called when I read the letter the Level 1 said she don't what it meant and transferred me to 2 this was 4.40pm they said I'll get a call back in 104 mins I knew I wasn't going to get a call back since it was almost closing time.

I will call back in the morn. Now I don't why I can't inquire about my own case since the officer and my lawyer told me I can inquire if the time frame has past and I don't know how she did it cause I did not request it she told me she was going to request an update.. I didn't even get the SR. Checked my status still saying fingerprints received.

Thank God I can find myself other positive things to focus on for now. I will not get stressed, gray hairs or go crazy over this process and NO USCIS will not get the best of me!

All I can do is trust God process and not of my own will! Day 101 and counting...
