I-485 approved
My details:

Processing center: Nebraska Service Center
Category: EB2 (concurrent filing, though there was a 2 month delay between the I-140 and the rest of the applications - see details below)
Citizenship: Hungarian

PERM application filed: March 2, 2016
PERM approved: July 1, 2016
Medical examination: July 6, 2016
I-140 filed: August 23, 2016
I-140 received by USCIS: August 24, 2016

At this time USCIS introduced a temporary priority date retrogression - which was in effect for two months, August and September of 2016 - that made my priority date (March 2, 2016) not current, therefore the I-131, I-485, and I-765 applications couldn't be filed together with the I-140. By October 2016 USCIS has lifted this restriction so we could proceed with the filings.

I-131, I-485, and I-765 filed: September 30, 2016
I-131, I-485, and I-765 received by USCIS: October 3, 2016
Original biometrics appointment: November 10, 2016

The date wasn't good for me but instead of requesting a reschedule by sending the appointment notice back to USCIS the attorney suggested to walk in to the local USCIS office and try to get it done before the appointment date. So I did but the biometrics data was not taken. I could, however, negotiate a new appointment date as opposed to let USCIS come up with a new random date which may or may not have been good for me had I sent back the appointment notice to request a reschedule.

I-765 approved: November 14, 2016
Employment authorization card received: November 16, 2016

The card is a combo card - serves as I-512 advanced parole ("travel authorization") - and therefore the I-131 application is still in "Case Was Received" status. I assume USCIS just doesn't care to keep these application statuses in sync...

Actual biometrics appointment: November 21, 2016
I-140 approved: April 20, 2017
I-485 approved: June 9, 2017
Permanent resident card mailed: June 13, 2017
Permanent resident card in the mailbox: June 15, 2017

I and my employer have not received any RFE neither we applied for premium processing during the whole process.
