Called and raised a SR #1 on day 75 - got response that case was still within processing times
Called and raised SR #2 on day 90 - June 6 - got a response 2 days later on June 8 saying it will be expedited and I will get a response soon.
Discovered and used online form to raise SR #3 on day 100 (June 16) - received response today (June 19) saying that this service request was assigned and my status switched to card in production.
