i filed on NOV232016 under the date for filing (My actual PD was current around APRIL/MAY2017 under F2B). Since then I-485 is still on 'received fingerprint fee'. i got AP/EAD around MARCH. My question is does my "counter" start from when i filed early or is it from APRIL/MAY? Thanks
