Priority date:04/24/2017
Biometrics done: 05/25/2017
I have applied for a greencard after marriage to a US citizen. I have submitted I-485, I-130 and I-765.
I am on F1 Student EAD OPT.
My EAD is expiring on 06/28/2017.
I am currently working.
I am worried about my new EAD arrival. My old EAD OPT is about to expire. what if visa process will take time and I will get my EAD late. Howlong can I work after my EAD expiring date, before I get a new EAD.
I hope I get my EAD soon, So I can keep continue working.
Give me guidance guys , if anyone has idea about it.
