PD December 22 2016 (I-485, I-130, I-765)

SR (no EAD on day 90) March 22
EAD received April 6
Since then no updates and still no interview date. So today 6 months since PD we called customer service and made SR on I-130 and I-485. Lady didn't give any new information about our case since I guess level 1 support only able to check online status, she told us that Charleston still working on July I-485 cases. But we said that we know people with PD in December, January and even March who completed their interview in Charleston and we are wondering why it taking so long for us. Then she said she will made SR for us on both forms I-485 and I-130 and we should get a response within 15-30 days. Then we asked her about name and background check, was it completed or no. She said as we didn't receive RFE we should be good. Asked her to transfer call to level 2 support because we have more questions. 6 minutes later got call back from IO. He said our case still at NBC and was not send to Charleston yet, he can file a SR to ask them transfer our case to Charleston, then he realised that we just made SR (our case outside normal processing time) with level 1, so he can't make second one an we should wait for response in about 2 weeks.
Didn't expect that my case still at NBC. Will see if SR will change anything. Hopefully yes...
