Hello All!
I have been reading through here since April, I am USC and my husband is Turkish, we were married Feb. 2017 - Here is our timeline:
4/24, Mailed concurrent: I-130, I-131, I-765, and I-485 -
5/16: Received packet in the mail: we missed the biometric fee on the 485, so it was kicked back (be careful about that one!) - resent the checks next day:
Our Case Numbers are MSC:
Priority Date: 5/17/2017
Received biometrics letter in the mail: 5/30/2017 (Appt was for 6/16/2017)
Biometrics walk-in: 6/7/2017
Status still: "Case was Received"
Since then no update, I know it will still be a few weeks/months maybe before we hear anything just curious if anyone has a similar timeline in this area?
How long until the next status update for you?
We want to travel in August but can't plan anything yet or buy tickets so frustrating so I'm really hoping to have AP in hand beginning of August - 90 days is 8/17/2017.
