Hello everyone, I just would like to share my timeline. I am married to a USC for almost 3 years.
Feb 7, 2017 (day 1) – Case was received by USCIS (concurrent filing: I-130, I-765, and I-485)
Feb 15, 2017 (day 8) - Finger print fee was received
Feb 16, 2017 (day 9) – I got an email confirmation
Feb 23, 2017 (day 16) - Received I-797C (NOA) in the mail
Mar10, 2017 (day 31) – Received the Biometric letter in the mail
Mar 21, 2017 (day 42) - Early walk-in for Biometric. Biometric appointment is supposedly March 22nd.
Apr 25, 2017 (day 77) - status online says, “we scheduled you for your interview and mailed you an interview notice”.
May 4, 2017 (day 86) – online status says, “we ordered your new card”. This is for my EAD.
May 5, 2017 (day 87) – online status says, “we approved your Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization”.
May 9 ,2017 (day 93) – my EAD Card was Mailed to Me
May 12, 2017 (day 95) – Received my EAD card in the mail
May 31, 2017 (day 115) – Interview. Approved on the same day.
June 8, 2017 (day 123) – Received my 10 year green card in the mail.
