I filed for GC based on marriage end of November. I received an RFE and responded to it on Jan20th. I never heard anything back from them. I went to infopass in Seattle office last week and they told me that I am still in background check. I know people who filed beginning of November, they are already getting interviews.It really worries me that I am still in background check. Does anyone knows if it is normal?
