USCIS Returned my chest x-ray CD
So I filed for my I-485 and received my NOA1 on 04/20. And on 06/21 I received my notice stating that USCIS are ready to interview me and I have to wait for the interview notice.

However, I received a letter which read like this:

'We are returning an item you sent in support of your application/petition, as it is a format we cannot place in your file folder for review by an officer during the adjudication process'.

In the letter they returned my chest x-ray in the opened packet(unopened by me), the chest x-ray is on a CD. I assumed that this was the only format which the CD could be delivered on.

Does anyone know why they returned it to me(? I used Knightsbridge doctors in the UK if that helps.

I actually have another question, they actually attempted to send me the letter on 04/20. However, they send it to the wrong address, they then tried re-sending it to the wrong (same) address again on 02/06. Then on 21/06 they finally sent it to the correct address. What's strange is that for both my NOA1(I-485 and I-785) they correctly send it to my address. I'm wondering if I should change my address, on file. Even though it seems that they have the correct one, I don't understand why they'd send it to an address which doesn't exist.
