Hello, recently we summited I485 along with I130 for a friend and her minor daughter, together, the I485 for her daughter was returned because we also had to file a separate I130 for her (the minor) and we didn't, we understand that the fee if they file together is $750 and that's is the amount of money sent.
my question is if the I485 for the minor was returned to be resubmitted along with the I130 and the filing fee for I485 was $750 if summited together. now that they have to resubmit do the fee change? because they count it as a separate application or not
