Our appointment was for 8 am today and we got there about 15 minutes before the time, ( couldn't find parking). We waited for about 20 minutes before we were called in by an older white IMO he had a stern look on his face. he swore us in and stated to ask my husband about how we met, our first date.his birthday, my parents name etc and asked me almost the same hing. My husband messed up on a question and it went downhill from there. The interview lasted about 45 minutes but it felt like 2 hours. At the end of the he asked if we had any questions and I just told him I wanted to update my name because i knew he wasn't gonna approve us on the spot and he didn't. He gave me a piece of paper stating that he had to review our case.
I feel so defeated, our marriage is 100% real but I feel like ill be waiting a long time to hear anything. I got a case update but it was about my name update.
